Tahini Sauce Ingredients
- Tahini: You can make it homemade or buy it from the store. It’s a richy and nutty paste or nut butter consistency that is made from ground sesame seeds.
- Lemon Juice: Freshly squeezed for the best flavor.
- Cold Water: This helps thin the sauce to your desired consistency, adjust as needed.
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Adds a smooth texture and rich flavor.
- Garlic: Use fresh cloves of garlic, not jarred.

How to Make Tahini Sauce
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender.

Blend until the garlic is completely minced and the sauce is smooth. Add more water ( a tablespoon at a time) if needed.

Pour the sauce to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.

Instructions
