- Wash the Summer Kiss melon with produce wash and water.
- Use a sturdy cutting board and a sharp knife and carefully slice the top and bottom of the melon off to create a sturdy base. Stand the melon on the cutting board and then cut the sides of the rind off the melon. Keep slicing the rind off until there's none left.
- Once all of the rind is removed, you can slice the melon in half and remove the seeds.
- Slice into wedges or chunks and enjoy as desired. Place any leftovers in the refrigerator.
