Peach Milk is a fun way to enjoy a glass of milk with flavor! A fresh peach paired with milk and a touch of vanilla! Perfect for freshly picked peaches and easily made dairy-free.
Peaches are one of our favorites and we love going peach picking when peaches are in season. We always freeze peaches so we have them when they’re not in season too! Nothing beats the sweetness of a freshly picked peach!
Peach Milk Ingredients:
- Peaches – We use fresh peaches. You can also use canned or frozen, but fresh peaches will flavor it the best.
- Sugar – Just a tiny bit of added sugar. You can also use maple syrup or your preferred sweetener.
- Milk – This can be made with regular milk or plant-based milk like Oat Milk.
How to make Peach Milk
Wash and dry the peaches.
Use a paring knife to cut the peach in half carefully, not through the pit, just the flesh.
Twist the peach halves and then discard the pit. (See full tutorial on how to cut a peach.)
Place the peach halves into Vitamix and add the sugar and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
Add the peach puree to a small saucepan and boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to a simmer and allow to cook for another 2-3 minutes on low heat.
Let the mixture cool and then refrigerate until ready to make peach milk.
Add the peach puree mixture and milk to a blender when ready to make the peach milk. Blend until smooth.
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
