Peach Milk is a fun way to enjoy a glass of milk with flavor! A fresh peach paired with milk and a touch of vanilla! Perfect for freshly picked peaches and easily made dairy-free.
Cut the peaches in half and remove and discard the pit.
Place the peach halves into Vitamix and then add in the sugar and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
Pour the peach puree into a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to a simmer and allow to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Let the mixture cool and then refrigerate until ready to make peach milk.
Add the peach puree mixture and milk to a blender when ready to make the peach milk. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
Notes
Sweeten it up: Use one teaspoon of sugar for every peach. If your peaches aren't sweet, you may need to increase the sugar to add sweetness. You can use maple syrup, brown sugar, honey, or your preferred sweetener in place of granulated sugar.
Prep ahead: You can make the puree ahead of time and enjoy it within four days.
Speed up the process: Chill the puree by adding it to a container and then placing it over a bowl of ice. Mix until the puree is cold.
Storage: Store any leftover puree in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
