Orange Carrot Juice is a delicious blend of juicy oranges and carrots. It’s sweet and refreshing!
Who doesn’t love orange juice? If you love orange juice, you will love our Orange Carrot Juice. Oranges and carrots are both healthy and good for you! They go together perfectly since the carrots have their own sweetness. You can add a bit of ginger to give it a little zing!
Twice a week we’ll juice a ton of fruits and vegetables. This one is our favorite, it’s our best orange juice recipe. We never do just oranges. Sometimes we’ll even add in more veggies! If you’re looking for a juicer we highly recommend the one we have, the Tribest Solostar 4 Juicer Horizontal Slow Masticating Cold Press Juicer. It’s a horizontal slow masticating cold press juicer. This means that you can store the juice longer! We do not recommend centrifugal juicers as you don’t get as much juice with a masticating and you lose nutrients as well.
It’s good to leave as much pith on the oranges as you can since contains just as much vitamin C as the actual fruit, and fiber too! We also just scrub the carrots clean instead of peeling. Many are concerned and ask should you peel carrots, but as long as you clean them well the skin is edible. No need to waste! You can even juice or cook the greens of the carrots; they’re not poisonous.

I really enjoyed your recipe, I can’t wait to serve this juice to my grand daughters tomorrow, they like all the home made things I serve them. They are learning to make things at home too.
