Air Fryer Butternut Squash is a hit in our house. We can cook an entire squash cut in half in 20 minutes or cubed in 15-20 minutes! It doesn’t heat up the house and cooks the squash just as good if not better than the oven!
HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER BUTTERNUT SQUASH
- Wash and cut the butternut squash in half. Scoop out the seeds and then chop up your butternut squash into 3/4-1 inch cubes.
- Place squash onto air fryer pan or into air fryer basket and toss with avocado oil garlic, salt, and any other desired seasonings.
- Roast butternut squash for 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees F or until the squash is fully cooked and fork tender.
- Season the squash to taste and enjoy.
