What is Whole Juice (can also be called smoothies)
Whole Juice is when you take a combination of fresh fruits and or vegetables and make them into liquid without removing any of the pulp and fiber. Juicing is removal of the pulp/fiber. For whole juicing we highly recommend using a high speed blender. We find that we get the best results with our Vitamix or Blendtec high speed blenders.

What is a Green Smoothie
Green Smoothies are made when you add a bulk of greens to your fruit and or vegetable smoothie in a blender. It’s an easy and quick way to get a large amount of leafy greens into your diet. Just like with the Whole Juice you’ll still have the pulp and fiber in a Green Smoothie.
