Creamy Peanut Butter flavored throughout these White Chocolate Cranberry Cereal Bars make them an irresistible snack! They’re great for on the go and even good for gift giving. Special thanks to Cheerios for sponsoring this recipe.
White Chocolate and Cranberries is a favorite of ours. The bitter from the cranberries goes well with the sweetness of the white chocolate.
Many people like to make this combo into cookies, and it works well, especially when you make it with an oatmeal cookie base and swap out the raisins for cranberries. That’s when we tried our favorite Cheerios cereal with the combo, and it works. It’s great on the go snack or simple dessert. Now you can start and end your day with Cheerios!
We love this recipe since you can add in anything you’d like! From chocolate chips to chia seeds, the options are endless. We like to keep it simple, especially when gift giving. Our White Chocolate Cranberry Cereal Bars are gluten free. You can make them nut free by using sunflower butter too.
We used a combination of Yellow Box Cheerios and Multi-Grain Cheerios in this recipe. If you want this recipe to be even sweeter you could use Honey Nut Cheerios too.
Don’t like cranberries? Use any dried fruit you like. Dried blueberries would go well with the white chocolate as well, or if you use dark chocolate try dried bananas or cherries.
When purchasing family size Cheerios at Walmart, you can get one box for you and one box for someone else with their Get One Give One campaign. It’s always better to give than receive, and this way you get to give and receive as well!
