What better way to spread awareness for Cookies for Kids’ Cancer than making cupcakes with our own daughter? We love to include her in everything we do and that includes cooking and baking! OXO sent us a complete cupcake set including:
Our daughter was able to use each and every piece to help make delicious Vegan Chocolate Ganache with Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cupcakes. This vegan ganache is so delicious and we promise you won’t even taste the coconut milk, just pure chocolate deliciousness. (learn how to make chocolate covered strawberries)
She dipped all the strawberries by herself too!
We used the best chocolate cake recipe from Courtney’s Sweets (note: this cupcake recipe isn’t vegan). For the whipped ganache you simply let the ganache chill in the refrigerator and then add a container of heavy whipping cream, keep in mind this will not be vegan, but vegetarian! 🙂
