Peach Bread ingredients
- All-Purpose Flour: We use King Arthur or Central Milling all-purpose flour.
- Baking Powder: Using this ensures the bread rises properly.
- Salted Butter: Use country crock plant butter sticks for a dairy-free option.
- Sugar: We use a fine granulated sugar, but you can also use cane sugar.
- Milk: Use full fat oatly oat milk for a dairy-free option.
- Eggs: We always take them out 20-30 minutes prior to baking.
- Vanilla Extract: We recommend using real vanilla extract.
- Peaches: For the best flavor and texture we recommend using fresh peaches.

How to Make Peach Bread
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line an 8×4 or 9×5 loaf pan and set aside.
Sift together the flour and baking powder in a small bowl.
In a stand mixer bowl, combine the butter and sugar and mix until fluffy.
Add in the milk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold the peaches into the batter and then spread it into the prepared loaf pan. The batter will be thick.
Bake for 50-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the peach loaf comes out clean.
Let the loaf cool for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Wait about 30 minutes before slicing.
