Honey Peach Green Tea Recipe, so refreshing and easy to make this summer drink recipe.
Summer is over and we’re all pretty sad about it. Don’t worry.. it will be okay! Especially if you froze some of your favorite fruits and vegetables. I love buying a bunch of everything and freezing it. This way we can enjoy all of our favorites year round. One of my absolute favorites is PEACHES. Yeah, I’m a fruit girl! Nothing makes me happier than a cup of green iced tea, with fresh peaches! I even make my peach iced tea with frozen peaches too.
Now that the summer is over I like to relive those hot summer days. Thankfully we’re just entering into fall so I can enjoy this awhile longer. Although I am getting in the mood for fresh cider! When making peach green tea OR having peaches in general we always buy organic. Organic peaches are a must!
Over the summer I found myself purchasing already made tea – meaning I would spend 10x a much as I needed to spend. PLUS I was consuming more sugar than I should be. I’m not sure if the already made had the skin on but I prefer to have all the nutrients and use them.
Making my own is a no brainer. I control all the ingredients and even make it organic. One thing I don’t do is add the honey right away. I like to keep honey out until I’m ready to drink my tea. I never cook my honey for tea! Honey should be enjoyed fresh and uncooked whenever you’re spending so much money for it to be raw. Since our daughter turned two she’s also been enjoying raw local honey with us. I even use Manuka honey for wounds and when we’re sick. Manuka is more of a medicinal honey for us.
There’s really never a bad season to enjoy this honey peach green tea, especially if you froze some of your summer peaches.
This recipe can be made in any blender, but we find that we get the best results with our Vitamix or Blendtec high speed blenders.

When adding the filtered water to the pitcher, we recommend tasting. I typically do about 4-8 cups depending on how sweet you’d like it. 🙂
