How To Pick Strawberries – Pick the perfect strawberries, every time!
When picking Strawberries you want a nice even coloring of red, firm, no blemishes, and obviously no signs of mold. Sometimes you’ll see darker red spots on your strawberries, this means they’re over ripe and she be used as soon as possible.
Always pick ones that have green caps, not faded or brown. When it’s an off season for strawberries you’ll see more of a lighter color towards the top of the strawberries, they’re still good just not as good as when they’re at their peak.
