We love sweet potato fries.  That being said, I hate cutting sweet potatoes into fries.  No matter how sharp my knife is, I struggle cutting a sweet potato. It’s just too thick and I wind up making large fries.  That was until we started using oxo’s new hand-held spiralizer!

Not only is it great to make veggies and fruit noodles, it cuts right into the sweet potato much easier than my knife.  It’s so easy and in all honesty I wasn’t sure how well it would spiral the sweet potato.  I didn’t have to struggle at all and it was really effortless.  For only $14.99, it’s a must buy in our opinion!  We’ve tried a few hand-held spiralizer gadgets and this one has worked better than all of them!

When I chose a sweet potato to use I make sure that it can obviously fit into the spiralizer.  The reason is I really don’t want to bust out a knife and cutting board.  I just simply peeled my sweet potato and started spiralizing!

Baked Sweet Potato Fries with Garlic and Parsley are a favorite around here so I figured I’d make Baked Spiralized Sweet Potato Fries with Garlic and Parsley!  We sometimes like to top with a little fresh grated Parmesan too! Don’t want to make these fries?  Try making our Sweet Potato and Kohlrabi Fries with Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Mayo spiralized!  We make the Baked Spiralized Sweet Potato Fries with Garlic and Parsley for our daughter and like to use the spicy roasted red pepper mayo for dipping our fries.

She loves these fries so much that while I was photographing them she couldn’t keep away.  I even gave her a little plate of her own to nosh while I took pictures.  She gobbled them up so quick that she had to have more! 🙂

I’m really loving this handy little hand-held spiralized from oxo.  We have a few more recipes we’ll be sharing so make sure you stop by again soon!
