Our cantaloupe smoothie makes for the ultimate refreshing summer drink recipe! All you need is fresh cantaloupe, oranges, kefir, vanilla, and some ice to make it!
We love melons and cantaloupe is so delicious and nutritious. It’s great for smoothies thanks to its high water content. It pairs beautifully with vanilla and oranges! You could even make a fresh fruit salsa with this combo and a little greek yogurt on the side.
This cantaloupe drink actually reminds me of that orange drink you would get in the mall, the one loaded with fat and sugar. You control the ingredients in this smoothie recipe, you can even add some spinach too, but the color won’t be as pleasant, but just as delicious.

Once you have all the ingredients in your blender, blend baby blend! You can add more ice to your smoothie if you want it really slushie, or you can use some frozen cantaloupe or steamed frozen cauliflower to make it a thicker smoothie.
Don’t want to make this a smoothie? Make it into a sorbet with all the delicious flavors! Use frozen cantaloupe and then use your tamper to make a delicious frozen treat. We like using a high speed blender so that the mixture is nice and smooth.
This cantaloupe smoothie recipe will please the entire family. The flavor is so delicious that your kids will beg for it again and you may even beg yourself to make it too!
