Strawberry Banana Waffle Breakfast Family Style. Clean eating just got easier with Eggos Waffles. Enjoy with your favorite breakfast recipes

Having just one day off a week, I like to cram joy into the entire day. I start my day off by waking up our daughter and saying, “Guess what? Daddy’s off today!” She quickly hops up and gets excited for family day. One day is not nearly enough, but we make it the best day of the week.

After she’s up we head to the kitchen where my wife is already starting breakfast staples like eggs, bacon, and sauteed vegetables. My daughter and I get to work on our favorite, waffles! We enjoy just eating them with some syrup, but once or twice a month we do it as a breakfast dessert. This Strawberry Banana Waffle Breakfast is our favorite to create a breakfast dessert. We use Kellogg’s® Eggo® Chocolatey Chip Waffles and Kellogg’s® Eggo® Nutri-Grain® Whole wheat waffles.

We’re pleased to share that Eggo Waffles now have no artificial flavors and use colors from natural sources. This recipe only uses clean ingredients like bananas, strawberries, maple syrup, honey, and if you would like to top with more you could use hemp hearts and mini chocolate chips. My wife started making this stack, but she used just strawberries and chocolate chips and then a drizzle of chocolate sauce. That’s another delicious way to enjoy your waffles as well.

We try to make everything homemade, especially since most products you find in stores can have so many artificial ingredients to color them and flavor them. Eggo Waffles now use only colors and flavors from natural sources. You can find the full line of Eggo® Waffles at Walmart.Strawberry Banana Waffle Breakfast Family Style. We love to have our Eggo Waffles with whipped cream as well. I’ve never tried whipping maple syrup into ours though, love that idea!
