  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups cantaloupe
  • 1 whole orange peeled (do not use peel)
  • 1 cup ice


  • Place the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth. 


Want a thicker smoothie? Add some frozen, steamed cauliflower or use some frozen cantaloupe!
