1 apple
veggie spray
water

Instructions

Rinse the apple under water and wash with veggie wash to clean. Dry it thoroughly.
Place the apple on a sturdy cutting board. Using a paring knife, carefully cut the apple around the core. Start on one side and slice just before the center, avoiding the seeds and core. Keep your fingertips tucked when slicing and dicing.
Turn the apple and repeat the cutting process on the other side.
After both large halves are removed, cut off the remaining smaller ends of the apple.
Now you can either slice the apple into slices or dice as needed.
