Instructions
Wash and prep the veggies.
Start with the cucumber and arrange them around the parameter of the plate. Next add the broccoli, then the tomatoes, and finish a red pepper bow.
To make the red pepper bow use the bottom of the pepper, where it's bulbous. You'll need two of them for the loops. Then, where the ridge is in the pepper slice a piece to make a cuffed ribbon look between the loops. For the strings, you'll cut two red pepper strips and a small V shape in the bottom of them to complete the look.
You can add a little bowl of dip or dressing in the center if desired.
After arranging you can serve right away or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
