cabbage

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage, and chop off the stem until it is even and flat on the bottom.
Place the cabbage on the flat stem, and slice evenly into one inch slices. (You should have about 6 slices)
Combine the crushed garlic with olive oil, and brush or spoon on both sides of each cabbage slices.
Place the oiled slices on a baking sheet and top with salt and pepper.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Flip the slices over and bake an additional 15-20 minutes or until the cabbage begins to turn golden brown.
Once golden brown, remove from oven and serve.
