Ingredients
6hard boiled eggspeeled
1avocado
1lemonjuiced
1teaspoongranulated garlic
1tablespoonred onionminced
1tablespooncilantrochopped
1/2tspsalt
1/2 tsppepper
Instructions
Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
Place the egg yolks into a large bowl and mix with the avocado, lemon juice, granulated garlic, red onion, cilantro, and salt and pepper to taste.
Scoop the mixture into the eggs, or use a piping bag to pipe back into the egg whites.
Serve as desired.
