Avocado Deviled Eggs
Our avocado deviled eggs are light and refreshing and a great kid friendly recipe to get kids into the kitchen. Everyone loves these healthy avocado deviled eggs, a twist on a traditional recipe.

Servings 10 deviled eggs
- 5 hard boiled eggs peeled
- 1 avocado
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
Place the egg yolks into a large bowl and mix with the avocado, lemon juice, and seasonings.
Scoop the mixture into the eggs, or use a piping bag to pipe back into the egg whites.
Serve garnished with some paprika and fresh parsley.
