  • 5 hard boiled eggs peeled
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper


  • Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  • Place the egg yolks into a large bowl and mix with the avocado, lemon juice, and seasonings.
  • Scoop the mixture into the eggs, or use a piping bag to pipe back into the egg whites.
  • Serve garnished with some paprika and fresh parsley.
