Instructions
Wash the mangosteen with a bit of fruit and veggie wash under water and then pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
Slice the mangosteen in half, careful not to go all the way through.
Twist it open to expose the fruit inside and remove the segments and enjoy, but spit the seeds out.
