Ingredients
1pineapplesliced into rings about 1/2 inch thick (about 8-10 slices)
Pineapple Marinade
1tablespoonhoney or maple syrup
1teaspoonavocado oil
1tablespoonlime juice
1teaspoonlime zest
pinchkosher salt
Instructions
In a bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of avocado oil, 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice, 1 teaspoon of lime zest, and a pinch of kosher salt. Mix well.
Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
Once hot, carefully brush the grill grates with oil to prevent the pineapple from sticking.
Brush the marinade mixture onto the pineapple slices, ensuring they are well coated.
Place the pineapple slices on the grill and grill for 3-4 minutes per side, or until grill marks appear and the pineapple is slightly caramelized.
Serve the grilled pineapple promptly.
