Prepare a 9-inch pie pan with the pie crust and refrigerate until ready to use.
In a large bowl, combine all of the apple pie filling ingredients, toss the apples and let it sit for 10 minutes before filling into the pie crust.
While the filling is marinating together, combine all of the ingredients for the crumble topping with a pastry cutter or fork until chunky and crumbly.
Add the apple pie filling into the prepared pie crust and then sprinkle with the crumble mixture.
Cover the outer crust of the pie with foil to prevent it from burning and place the pie plate onto a baking sheet to catch any drips.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees F and then reduce to 350 degrees F and cook for another 45-55 minutes.
Allow the pie to cool for at least an hour before enjoying as the filling will thicken nicely as it cools.
