  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 small banana use frozen to make extra creamy
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup ice


  • Place all of the ingredients in the blender by the order listed, also add in any optional add-ins.
  • Blend the smoothie until all of the ingredients are liquefied.
  • Top with more hemp seeds if desired and enjoy.
