Apple Banana Smoothie
Our Apple Banana Smoothie is the perfect smoothie for fall. This is an almond milk smoothie which is gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan too!

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 small apple
- 1 small banana use frozen to make extra creamy
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup ice
Place all of the ingredients in the blender by the order listed, also add in any optional add-ins.
Blend the smoothie until all of the ingredients are liquefied.
Top with more hemp seeds if desired and enjoy.
