Roasted Blackberry Breakfast Bowl - a delicious breakfast that is cold and warm. Like ice cream with all the toppings, but so much healthier!

- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 5-6 blackberries
- 10 frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups greek yogurt
- chia seeds and hemp hearts optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small baking dish layer the oatmeal, blackberries, blueberries, maple syrup and cinnamon
Bake for 15 minutes, just until the berries are soft and bursting.
Spoon over yogurt and sprinkle with chia seeds and hemp hearts.
