  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 5-6 blackberries
  • 10 frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups greek yogurt
  • chia seeds and hemp hearts optional


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a small baking dish layer the oatmeal, blackberries, blueberries, maple syrup and cinnamon
  • Bake for 15 minutes, just until the berries are soft and bursting.
  • Spoon over yogurt and sprinkle with chia seeds and hemp hearts.
  • Enjoy!
