Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Wash, cut and peel your sweet potato and spiralize using the oxo hand-held spiralizer.
Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt and dried parsley.
Arrange onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, just until crispy.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy!
