Ingredients

  • 2 butternut squash peeled and chopped
  • 1 large onion rough chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon parsley

Instructions

  • Toss the butternut squash and onions with oil and seasonings.
