cantaloupe
Instructions
Start by washing your cantaloupe.
Make sure you are using a sturdy cutting board and a sharp knife. Now you can slice off the top and the bottom of the melon to create a base.
Stand the cantaloupe up and then cut the rind off the sides of the melon, getting as close as you can so you do not waste much of the melon.
Keep cutting until all of the cantaloupe rind is removed. Then you can cut the cantaloupe in half.
Scoop out all the seeds from both sides of the cantaloupe.
Slice into wedges or chunks.
Once the melon is cut you can enjoy right away or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Notes
Can't eat all the melon quickly? Freeze it for later, it will have a slight texture change, but still delicious.
