This Grilled Chicken Wrap recipe is a great wrap for meal prep. It is one of our favorite chicken wrap recipes, filled with grilled chicken, mozzarella, and our homemade roasted red peppers. We love that it can be served hot or cold.
Take your chicken breasts and filet them in half. Place your chicken into a bowl top them with the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, and parsley.Coat the chicken evenly with the marinade and allow to sit in the fridge for two hours.Once you're ready to grill place the chicken breasts onto the grill and cook around 2-3 minutes per side and cook until the chicken reaches 165°F.Allow the chicken to rest before cutting.While you wait for the chicken to rest, start slicing up your mozzarella and then slice into your chicken after.Place the tortilla on a large plate or clean cooking surface.Layer the mozzarella, chicken, and roasted red peppers onto the tortilla.Roll the tortilla up and enjoy.
