Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Chop broccoli into florets and place onto a large baking sheet.
Mix broccoli with garlic, salt, oil and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until slightly brown on bottoms.
While broccoli is cooking warm up your alfredo sauce.
Open up potatoes and sprinkle with a little parmesan cheese and alfredo sauce.
Stuff potatoes with broccoli and drizzle on more alfredo sauce.
