butternut squash

avocado oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Wash and cut the butternut squash in half. Scoop out the seeds and then chop up your butternut squash into 3/4-1 inch cubes.
Place squash onto a silpat or parchement lined baking sheet and toss with avocado oil.
Roast butternut squash for 20 minutes or until the squash is fully cooked and easy to mash with a fork.
Transfer the squash to your Vitamix and add in any butter if desired.
Season the squash to taste and enjoy.
