Banana Chia Pudding

This Banana Chia Pudding is creamy and delicious! Naturally sweetened with ripe bananas and vanilla, enjoy this for an easy vegan breakfast or dessert!

  • 2 mashed bananas ripe
  • 7 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 cups nut milk cashew, macadamia, almond, or coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


  • Mash two ripe bananas until soft and watery.
  • Place the mashed bananas into a bowl and then top with the chia seeds, nut milk, and vanilla.
  • Mix the ingredients until fully combined and then place a lid on the container and refrigerate.
  • Stir the chia seed pudding after 10 minutes and then place back into the fridge and allow the chia seed pudding to gel for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Once the chia seed pudding is fully set you can enjoy!



  • This should last for 3 days in the fridge in an airtight container.
  • If you can't wait for your bananas to ripe for sweetness you can add in some maple syrup or your sweetener of choice.
