spaghetti squash

tablespoon
butter

cup
mozzarella cheese

teaspoon
garlic
granulated
1/2
teaspoon
parsley
dried
salt to taste
Instructions
After cooking squash fluff with a fork.
Add butter, half of the mozzarella, granulated garlic, and parsley into squash boats and mix well.
Top the squash boats with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake squash for 10 minutes, just until cheese is melty. (Cook longer if you squash isn't already hot)
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and enjoy.
