Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450F.
Wash your potatoes and then pierce a few times with a fork.
Season your potatoes as desired.
Lay the potatoes on a baking sheet.
Put the baking sheet on the center oven rack and roast for 45-60 minutes.
Once the potatoes are fork tender remove from the oven and serve.
