Ingredients
2cupsflour
1teaspoonbaking soda
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4cupsugar
1/2cupbutter
1largeegg
2 tablespoonsraspberry preserves
1 teaspoonvanilla
1/2 teaspoonraspberry extract
1/2-1teaspoonnatural food coloringpowdered
*optional white chocolate chips or chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F
Mix together the dry ingredients with a spoon in a mixer mixing bowl, then add the remaining ingredients.
Once all combined it should form a dough, about 1-2 minutes.
Take a small cookie scoop and place onto cookie sheet.
Once you have all cookie dough on the cookie press them down so that they're flat.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly browned on edges.
Allow cookies to cool on wire rack before filling.
