Cheddar Broccoli Tots
Cheddar Broccoli Tots make for a fun side dish recipe. Sprinkle a little sea salt once finished and enjoy. We make our broccoli tots gluten-free so even those with gluten sensitivities can enjoy.

- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 medium potato
- 1 egg
- 1/8 cup onion minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic granulated
- 1/3 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Preheat oven to 425.
Steam or boil broccoli and potatoes until tender, not mushy.
Once they are done mash the potatoes with a potato masher.
Chop the broccoli and onion in a food processor, you can also chop finely if you'd prefer.
Mix together the veggies, egg, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Form the mixture into tots and place on a baking sheet.
Lightly spray the tots with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
