3lbsof concord grapesremoved from stems
Instructions
Wash your grapes in a water bath with veggie wash or spray.
Rinse and drain grapes before placing into a large stock pot.
Mash the grapes using a potato smasher and place the pot onto the stove once the grapes are mashed and juicy.
Cook on medium heat until it begins to bubble a little and reduce to low simmer for about 8-10 minutes, still mashing/mixing during the process.
Pour juice mixture into a fine mesh strainer over another large stock pot or bowl.
After fully strained, strain through a cheese cloth or nut milk bag into a large beverage container.
You can allow the mixture to strain overnight in the fridge or put on some gloves and gently squeeze the nut milk bag.
Place in the refrigerator once fully strained and enjoy within a week.
