Instructions
Pour the coconut milk into a small pot and bring to a boil.
Put the chocolate chips into a glass bowl and pour the hot coconut milk over the chocolate.
Allow the chocolate and coconut milk to sit for 5 minutes.
Stir to combine the chocolate and coconut milk.
Spread ganache over cake, cupcakes or use as desired.
