lean ground pork
cooked and crumbled

bagged coleslaw mix

scallions
finely chopped

tablespoons
fresh ginger
peeled and finely chopped

Toasted Sesame Oil

Toasted Sesame oil, ginger, garlic, scallions or dumpling sauce
Instructions
In a large bowl combine the pork, coleslaw, scallions, ginger, sesame oil and coconut aminos.
Mix until combined and place into a large pan or pot to cook down the cabbage.
Once cooked down a bit (not mush, but softer) start filling your wontons.
Use a small bowl of water to wet the seams of the wonton wrappers.
Place the filling into the wonton wrappers and seal however you prefer.
Cook in a hot pan with a little oil or steam in a pan with a little water covered.
