Mini Stuffed Mushroom Pizza Recipe

- 1 1/2 Cup Bertolli Riserva Marina with Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 1 Container Mini Portobella Mushrooms
- 1/8 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 3 Basil leaves lightly ripped apart
Preheat oven to 350
In a small oven safe dish place a bit of the sauce on the bottom.
Clean out and remove stems from mushrooms.
Fill mushrooms with sauce and parmesan cheese.
Top mushrooms with mozzarella and basil.
Bake for 15 minutes covered and 5 minutes uncovered.
