Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Bertolli Riserva Marina with Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • 1 Container Mini Portobella Mushrooms
  • 1/8 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 3 Basil leaves lightly ripped apart

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a small oven safe dish place a bit of the sauce on the bottom.
  • Clean out and remove stems from mushrooms.
  • Fill mushrooms with sauce and parmesan cheese.
  • Top mushrooms with mozzarella and basil.
  • Bake for 15 minutes covered and 5 minutes uncovered.
  • Serve warm.
