your choice of rice

we season ours with taco seasoning

heaping cup fresh garden salsa
tomato, onion, jalapeño, salt, lemon, cilantro

Instructions
Cook rice and then start plating.
Layer with rice, top with black beans, salsa, chicken, and lettuce.
Serve inside fresh flour tortillas, with tortilla chips, or even hard tacos.
