Our daughter can’t have any soy and practically everything these days is made with soy. We figured we’d make our own, but then we’d be putting sugar on top of sugar. How could we encourage even more healthy eating, while being sinful? Doughnuts are delicious and every child’s favorite part is the sprinkles. They’re fun, colorful, and delicious. WHY do we need to make them artificial? A sprinkle of anything is a sprinkle, am I right? We used these cute heart cookie cutters that you can find easily online. On to how to make raw sprinkles!

We bought these fun cookie cutters at our local craft store for less than $3 and had a little fun. You can even dehydrate your fruit, but we prefer it to be in it’s raw form. The options are endless with banana, strawberry, blueberries, even apples.. so many options. Put down the sprinkle jar and go raw! Slice up your favorite fruit and cut away. It’s fun, it’s healthy, and it’s delicious. Plus you can make them as big or small as you’d like.
